Billy has been a senior executive and entrepreneur in renewable energy project finance and development for nearly 20 years. He was one of the first employees at SunEdison, overseeing global project finance and tax equity for five years. He also founded and led Bright Plain Renewable Energy, a financing and development platform and joint venture partner with D. E. Shaw Renewable Investments. Immediately prior to launching Reunion, he was EVP at Source Global, PBC, a renewable water company.

Billy holds an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and three children.

Andy has extensive experience in clean energy finance, and previously held leadership roles at venture backed energy and technology companies. He has raised over $200 million from institutional investors to finance solar energy projects in the US and Europe, and was involved in structuring some of the solar industry's first investments from private equity and bond investors. Andy was previously founder and CEO of SunFarmer, a Y Combinator-backed social enterprise that has completed over 1,500 solar energy installations in Asia. He started his career as a consultant in the energy and sustainability practice at McKinsey and Company.

Andy holds a Phi Beta Kappa honors degree from Stanford University, and was named a 2016 Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

Connie brings roughly 20 years of experience with tax-advantaged investments, supporting capital needs for over $3B+ in renewable energy assets. She has worn many hats, including public accountant, investment banker, advisor, board member, CFO, and co-founder. She also has experience working for developers of distributed-generation and utility-scale solar projects at SolarCity/Tesla and Silicon Ranch, where she was responsible for raising financing and building out capital markets functions.

Connie holds Series 63 and Series 79 licenses via MPQ, is a certified public accountant in California, and has a B.A. in Legal Studies and a minor in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Maria is an entrepreneur, former private equity investor and concert pianist with a passion for building ambitious solutions that will meaningfully accelerate investments into clean energy solutions.

Maria leads Reunion’s business development and sales functions. She brings 8 years of experience working in a variety roles across venture capital, private equity and M&A strategy consulting. She started her professional career as a Concert Pianist, has won numerous international awards, most notably was named as Swedish Young Musician of the Year in 2008.‍

Maria holds a BA from New York University and a dual MBA / MSc Environment & Science degree from Stanford. She lives in San Francisco and in her spare time enjoys exploring Californian nature and performing piano music.

Alex is an entrepreneur, product strategist, and engineer with a passion for building mission driven teams that solve world-changing problems.

Alex is the former founder and CEO of Woodpecker, a legal technology startup that was created to ensure that access to legal services became a right instead of remaining a privilege for a select few. Woodpecker was acquired by MyCase, a leading private equity backed legal practice management platform, in 2021.

Alex holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and volunteers with several climate-focused and educational non-profit organizations.

Denis Cook leads Reunion's enterprise marketing and research functions. During his 20-year career — spanning technology, finance, and consulting — Denis has advised public companies, technology start-ups, and federal agencies.

Denis holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, an MA from Johns Hopkins University, and a BA from the University of Maryland. He lives in Ketchum, Idaho with his wife, Annie, and two daughters.

Becca Glazer is an expert in renewable energy structured finance, investment, and innovation with over a decade of experience. Becca is trained in legal analysis and has expertise in capital origination, financial modeling, partnership structuring, investor relations, strategic growth, and team leadership. She has advised on or structured over $10 billion of renewable energy transactions for corporations, institutional investors, private equity funds, utilities, and renewable energy developers.

Becca is a skilled leader with experience building and training high performing teams. She is passionate about bringing an innovative perspective to tackling the challenges associated with combating climate change and has devoted her career to that purpose. She lives in Denver, Colorado and enjoys hiking, skiing, live music, and participating in the occasional triathlon.

Danny is a seasoned full stack engineer with over 11 years of software delivery experience. Prior to joining Reunion, he helped scale rapidly growing companies as a technical lead in the energy trading analytics industry and as a full stack engineer in the fintech space. He has also worked on a wide array of enterprise technology implementations for Fortune 500 companies during his career at Accenture and Oracle.

Danny is a graduate of Colorado State University and lives in Denver, CO with his wife and two sons.
